Nice to meet you

I'm Kenna Schott

I left my full time job in May of 2019 and promised myself I’d never work a job that didn’t set my soul on fire again – and that’s how I ended up doing a job that encompasses everything I adore. The flowers, the food, the dainty details, the fullness of a room filled with family and friends showering their favorite couple with love and adoration. My promise to my couples is this – if the day comes that a wedding feels like a job rather than the grandest event I have had the privilege of being part of… my time as a wedding vendor has come to an end.

Your wedding day is as unique as the story that brought you two together. That deserves being celebrated and captured in a way that will be cherished for generations to come. Say hello and let’s chat more about what brought you two together and the wedding vision you’re bringing to life!

I always knew I'd have my own business one day, but I never imagined the fullness that would come with owning a business I truly adored. My childhood was spent as a homeschooler traveling the country for months on end. I was raised to think outside the box and always allow my creativity to flow. Now as an adult, I refuse to live an average life. I’m all about big things. Big dreams, big feelings, big adventures, and all the big failures that may come along the way – they make me who I am today, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Now, photographing love for a living, my independent nature and creative soul lends me to capturing my couple’s stories in a unique way. Before each wedding, I take a moment to reflect on what that day means for my couple and their family, and refuse to let a day feel like just another paycheck.

I’ve been to 49 states and 22 countries. I love to travel, whether it’s a grand European vacation or a last-minute flight to Colorado. This picture was taken in the Pena Castle in Sintra, Portugal!

TRAVEL

One time I was on the Late Late Show with James Corden. It didn't end well and I don't want to talk about it. Just kidding... kind of.

LATE LATE SHOW

I never intended to own two cats, but here I am. I rescued Bowie and Tony at the end of 2019 and they are little lights in my life. I wouldn’t have it any other way.

CATS

I promise I'm not just a busy business woman who only cares about business... Check out some fun facts about me!
