2020 & 2021

If you're interested in a 2020 or 2021 date then please reach out below! With 20+ weddings on the books for 2020, my calendar will be filled very soon, so don't wait to start the conversation!

MY STYLE & APPROACH

Your day is about the two of you and it’s my goal to keep it that way. My clients have commented on my ability to read the room and know when to step back and capture the moment, and when to jump in and tell your “drunkle” to stop it with the bunny ears during portraits (true story). Posing really isn’t my thing, but rather I focus on prompts to give you and your lover something to interact with and react to! If you’re looking for a photographer to capture your day rather than to curate it, then I think we may be a good match.

Frequently Asked Questions

QUESTION

Can we book you for only a few hours?

ANSWER

While I do create custom wedding collections for clients, your wedding photos will be the ONLY thing you have left to remember your day, so I definitely recommend capturing the ENTIRE event!

QUESTION

We are ready to book! What's next?

ANSWER

YAY! I'm so stoked for this! If we have already been in contact, all I ask is for you to sign my contract and pay the $800 retainer. Once this is taken care of, we are all set! If we haven't chatted yet, please send me an email so I can get you some custom collection options to choose from!

QUESTION

Do you have insurance?

ANSWER

Kenna Schott Photography is fully insured for $2,000,000 in liability and equipment coverage. Should you or your venue need proof of my insurance, please email me and I will be happy to provide the appropriate documents.

QUESTION

Do you include engagement sessions with any of your wedding collections?

ANSWER

Yes! As I mentioned above, my collections are made individually for each couple. If you want an engagement session, just let me know and we can work that into your collection (for a great deal, of course!)

QUESTION

How do you ensure my images are safe?

ANSWER

The safety of my clients images is one of my top priorities. I always shoot with dual memory cards, and immediately upon returning to my home or hotel after a wedding (and often times DURING wedding down time!) I back your images up to a hard drive, as well as cloud storage. I also keep the images on my memory cards until the gallery has been delivered. This being said, any honest photographer will tell you that even the most cautious and experienced professionals could experience memory card errors outside of their control. I have personally never experiences issues with losing ANY images for my clients and do not expect this to ever be an issue. Upon booking, see the appropriate portion of my contract for additional details.
