what's with the snake?

Hey kenna...

To me, snakes represent growth and being unapologetically yourself. Every month Leo sheds his skin and becomes a better, shinier version of himself. For some snakes, every time they shed their coats become brighter and more beautiful than before! Leo gets told a lot that he’s mean or scary simply for being himself, but he knows inside that he’s a strong and loving force and he never lets that negative energy get him down. When it comes to my business, I am always striving to grow and create more beautiful imagery, and I want my work to be an unapologetic reflection of who I am! So what do you think of Leo? Do snakes seem a little less scary now?

Well, I'm glad you asked! The snake's name is Leo, and he's my pet pastel python! Leo is 3 years old and about 3 feet long. He enjoys soft blankets, humid weather, and his Christmas sweater! A lot of people think snakes are mean or make bad pets, but they're actually one of the easiest and most fun pets you can have. Growing up my family always had reptiles and amphibians – the most pets we had at one time was almost 40! From snakes, to lizards, turtles, frogs, and beyond, my house was always filled with slimy, scaly friends. Even with all of the pets, my pet python was always my favorite.
